Laptop Tweaks is the safe package. This one does NOT include any BIOS tweaks — it is purely Windows-side optimization, because laptop firmware is locked down and messing with it can cause more harm than good.
Everything here is designed around how laptops actually behave: limited cooling, shared power budget between CPU and GPU, and aggressive OEM software running in the background. We clean that up so your laptop spends its power budget on your game instead of on background junk.
